I recognize there is a need for small to medium sized custom home builders in Texas. This is the ability to offer high quality design services with a quick turn around time, at reasonable prices. 

You can use this website to link your clients with a variety of home designs. I will offer personal service directly to you or the client to make modifications to the existing plans. You can directly purchase this package from me. It will include the construction documents for a set fee, based on the overall covered area. I will include 10 hours of modifications with the purchase of any plans. As the builder I will work for you and you can advertise a ”custom home” with a fast turnaround time. 

I can turn most projects around within 1-2 weeks depending on how quickly I can get information. I will customize the drawings with your project address and name as well as a site plan, if you provide a survey. Clients can customize their plans to their specific needs and even change the elevations to reflect their style preferences. I can give an estimate of time required to do the changes and anything over 10 hours would be billed hourly.
